It was established in order to respond to the Ministry of Education’s idea of “Education Inversion” and “Life-long Learning”, meanwhile, cultivates more proficient secondary school teachers by providing a suitable venue to enhance their Chinese teaching skills and research abilities. In the mid of 1999, the program first opened up admission in collaboration with “Master of Education in School Administration Program” and 25 candidates enrolled as first batch students. A total of 122 candidates ( for first five batches) was qualified to enroll in the Program until Academic Year 92nd (2003-2004).
